Bambino Fish Masala [40 gm]

Direction for Fish Curry: Clean 500g fish, apply salt and keep for 30min. Chop 1-2 red onions and sauté in 20-30g cooking oil in a flat pan till light golden. Add ½ tsp Bambino turmeric, 25g (2 Tbsp) fish masala and salt to taste in to the pan. Add 200 ml water and simmer till the gravy is reduced to half. Stir occasionally. Add fish pieces and simmer till cooked.
Direction for Fish Fry: Make a paste of garlic, gram flour and salt. Add Bambino Fish Masala in to paste. Apply the paste on fish and marinate it for 30 minutes, after marination fry/bake fish until crispy. For taste sprinkle Bambino Chat Masala and Serve with Lemon.
Note: For 500g Fish use approx 25g (2 Tbsp) of Masala (Note: The amount of masala to be used may vary person to person as per liking.)
