BAMBINO VERMICELLI KHEER
Items Required: Bambino Roasted Vermicelli 200g, Milk 1 liter, Sugar 300g, Cardamom 2-3 pieces, Cashew pieces 10g, Raisins 10g, Dry Coconut powder 10g and Ghee 1-2 tsp.
Procedure: Heat Ghee in a pan and roast Cashew, Raisins in it and keep aside. Boil milk in a vessel and add roasted vermicelli, continue cooking for 5-6 min. Now add sugar, Dry coconut powder and cardamom, allow it to cook for 1-2 min. Add roasted dry fruits, mix well and serve (Hot/Cool)
