BAMBINO KESARI BHATH
Items Required: Bambino Vermicelli 250g, Sugar 400g, Ghee/Vanaspathi75g, Desiccated Coconut 75g, Dry Fruits 50g, A Pinch of Saffron, Elaichi 8Nos.
Method: Fry Bambino Vermicelli in ghee/vanaspathi till golden brown and keep aside. Boil water (For 1 cup of Vermicelli add 2 cups of water) and add the fried vermicelli. After vermicelli is cooked, add sugar, coconut powder, saffron and mix well. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from flame and add dry fruits. Elaichi powder and serve.
