BAMBINO MACARONI TOMATO AND PANEER
Cooking directions (Serves 2 people):
• Boil 3 tea cups (450 ml) of water in a vessel. To the boiling water add one teacupful (150ml cup) of Bambino Macaroni, Pinch of salt and refined oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked, drain the excess hot water.
• Heat refined oil (2 tsp) in a frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste ( ½ tsp), chopped onion (1 no.), Beans (25g), 2 medium sized Tomatoes (grated) and Spices – Garam Masala ( ½ tsp), Bambino Chilli Powder ( ½ tsp) and Cumin Powder ( ½ tsp) and Vinegar ( ½ tsp) Salt to taste.
• Saute for 5 minutes, covering it with a lid.
• Open the lid and add boiled Bambino Macaroni into it and toss it for 2 minutes. Add diced paneer (50g) and Coriander leaves and serve hot.
BAMBINO MACARONI AND CORN HOT N SOUR
Cooking directions (Serves 2 people):
• Take 3 tea cups (450 ml) of water in a vessel and allow it to boil. To the boiling water add one teacupful (150ml cup) of Bambino Macaroni and little bit of salt and refined oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked, empty the contents into a strainer and drain the hot water. Rinse the Macaroni under free flowing drinking water for few seconds and keep aside.
• Heat refined oil (2 tsp) in a frying pan. Add Mustard seeds ( ¼ tsp), ginger garlic paste ( ½ tsp), chopped onion (1 no.), 2 medium sized Tomatoes (grated) boiled Sweet corn (75g), Diced French beans (25g), Sliced capsicum (50g), and Spices – Bambino Red Chilli Powder ( 1 tsp), black pepper ( ½ tsp) and salt to taste.Saute for 5 minutes, covering it with a lid.
• Open the lid and add grated jaggery (5g) into it. Add boiled Bambino Macaroni into it and toss it along with soya sauce (1 tsp) and vinegar (½ tsp)for 2 minutes and serve hot.
