Bambino chicken masala is manufactured from exotic spices and fine ingredients that make the chicken more delicious. The ingredients present in the chicken masala are cumin, coriander, chilli, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger, salt, big cardamom, garlic, fenugreek, stone flower, black pepper, clove, star anise, fennel, mint, turmeric, ratan jog, mustard, nutmeg, mace and cardamom. Select spices are perfectly blended. In this blend, the flavouring agents marginally predominate the taste elements. Consequently, the blend is less steeped in pungency. For the chicken curry, this gives the right balance between the spice-elements and other ingredients in the dish.
USAGE: Can be used in mildly flavoured non-veg cuisine, particularly those deriving its thickening foundation from tomato and onion. This provides the exact balance between the spice-elements and extra ingredients in the dish.
